Investor Brew
We started Investor Brew with the goal to educate aspiring real estate investors and create a vibrant community where members can network and share insights. Our goal is to connect real estate investors, facilitate deal-making, and foster collaboration within the group. Together, we can create a community that helps everybody grow!

Where Are We From
We are based out of Fargo, North Dakota! We have a goal of expanding throughout ND and MN, and in the future we would like to be all around the Midwest! Our meetups are going to start in Fargo, and if more people from surrounding areas join the community we could have meetups elsewhere too!

Owner & Team Lead
Kyle has been in the real estate game for over a decade now and has built up a sizeable investment portfolio of his own. He even created his own property management company to take care of his portfolio. He also actively uses his real estate license to help other people do the same thing!
Mason Peterson
Buyer/Listing/Investment Agent
Mason started in real estate over 3 years ago as a property manager. He snagged his first 4 unit investment property this year with aspirations to exponentially scale his portfolio every year. He also has his real estate license which he actively uses to put his own deals together!
